100 WC--Lilah 1/11/2019

We were reading articles for school. I chose one about how a man blinded himself. It was kinda exciting. After we read the articles we had to present what we learned. It was my turn. Here goes nothing. “Bill was walking up the steps because it was his turn to perform for the talent show. He was going to sing the the National Anthem. The music begin. The lights turned on. The light was so bright that it blinded him. Yes that's right the light blinded him. That it the story of how Bill Smith went blind.”

A pink giraffe named Dusty sang one day. It was a very sad song and he sang it because it was painful. For some reason, he loves pain and yesterday he broke his hand on purpose. He also is a very short giraffe. He once was tall but he fell in Gabriels magic portal and now he's short. But then, one day he fell back in the portal and now he is a happy pink gorilla. But sometimes, he gets sad. But he is still happy today. And he stopped being sad. Hooray to Dusty!

100 Word Challenge: 11/16/2018 Joshua, 5K

Me and my mom jumped in our car to escape the yellow gorilla running after us. “Huh? Where’d he go?” Suddenly, from out of nowhere, the gorilla smashed through a pile of bricks in a construction site. A brick fell from the sky then stubbed somebody’s toe, and it didn’t look pretty. The gorilla continued to chase us. Police sirens wailed in the distance. Animal control trucks come around the corner and inched closer. Finally the animal control trucks shot nets that landed straight on the gorilla. I get out of the car and ask: Where will they take him?

100 WC 2-20-2020 Ella

It's the year 3067; there's nothing left but dusty smoke and painful diseases. Life in the 2000s is all gone. My mom showed me a picture of my great great grandmother. It was a picture of her in a pink dress while standing next to a giraffe while she sang about them. We looked a lot alike. I wish our lives were alike. Funny how they had clean air. Funny how we can't even go outside without a hazmat suit. Funny how they had clean water because we are running out.
